Largest Slovenian Dairy Stops Accepting Milk from Farmers

Ljubljana, 4 June - The Ljubljanske mlekarne dairy, the largest dairy in Slovenia with a daily milk processing capacity of 800,000 litres, on Wednesday decided not to take any fresh milk for a day, claiming its processing capacities are overloaded. The move has already been labelled as "incorrect and legally inadmissible" by head of the Chamber of Agriculture and Forestry Peter Vrisk.
