Nice Treaty Should Be Preserved, FM Rupel Believes
Brussels, 4 June - Sixteen like-minded small and middle-sized current and future EU members insist that the institutional arrangement agreed to in Nice has to be preserved, was said at the Wednesday consultation between president of the EU Convention Valery Giscard d'Estaing and representatives of the governments of the sixteen, among them Slovenia's FM Dimitrij Rupel.
