June and July Sessions to Be Broadcast Live; Opposition's Obstruction Suspended
Ljubljana, 5 June - The next two sessions of the National Assembly will be broadcast live by a TV network, Speaker of the Parliament Borut Pahor told the press on Thursday. Around 80 percent of Slovenian households will now be able to follow parliamentary debates. As a result, the largest opposition parties, the SDS and the NSi, will freeze their obstruction of sessions launched in late March.
