Public Should be Informed About Fire Blight Status, Committee Says
Ljubljana, 10 June - Members of the parliamentary agriculture committee held an emergency session to discuss the current spread of fire blight around Slovenia which has caused significant damage. Due to a high probability of further spreading of this plant disease, the committee decided that it was necessary to keep the Slovenian public up to date on the status and the measures needed to be taken in this regard.
