EU to Inspect Slovenia's Borders and Court Backlogs
Ljubljana, 11 June - A group of experts from the EU is to review next week Slovenia's progress in establishing Schengen regime standards for border control. According to the Interior Ministry, the expert mission is to investigate the border with Croatia, which is to become the EU's outer border. The schedule includes a visit to at least one border crossing and an examination of preparedness of the Slovenian border police.
