Health Insurer Reaches Price Agreement with Drug Makers
Ljubljana, 11 June - The Slovenian Health Insurance Institute (ZZZS) conducted talks with major suppliers of pharmaceuticals in the past two weeks and reached an agreement that prices of drugs will not go up by two percent as initially expected. The agreement is expected to save the ZZZS one billion tolars (EUR 4.3m) per year, ZZZS chairman Borut Miklavcic has announced.
