TV Regulations Do Not meet Constitutional Requirements, Says Expert
Ljubljana, 16 June - Slovenia's regulations on television broadcasting do not meet constitutional requirements for a democratic freedom of expression, said Klemen Jakic, holder of doctor's degree in constitutional law from the Harward University, in a press conference by a civil initiative called "Something Has to Be Done".
