Forestry Workers Demand Better Economic and Social Position
Ljubljana, 19 June - Some 300 to 400 foresters took part in a protest march in Ljubljana on Thursday morning to remind the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Food about their bad working conditions and the confused material, economic and social position of Slovenian foresters whose wages have been falling behind those of comparable jobs by 30 to 40 percent for six years.
