New NLB General Assembly to be Held in July
Ljubljana, 26 June - The supervisory board of Slovenia's largest bank, Nova Ljubljanska banka (NLB), has decided that the bank would hold a new general assembly on 30 July. The proposal comes at the request of the government, since the state representative at the 23 June general assembly mistakenly voted in favour of a SIT 51m (EUR 218,000) reward for the management and supervisory boards.
