Banka Koper Withdraws from the Stock Market

Koper, 27 June - Slovenia's fifth largest bank, Banka Koper, is withdrawing its shares from the securities market. The decision was taken at the general meeting of its shareholders that took place on Friday. The 95-percent stock of the bank present at the AGM also decided on how to use the 2002 balance sheet profit amounting to SIT 4.4bn (EUR 18.8m).
