State Prosecutor General Outlines Prosecution's Work on the Petek Case

Ljubljana, 1 July - Presenting a report on the work of her office in 2002 on Tuesday, State Prosecutor General Zdenka Cerar also touched upon some current issues, including the Petek case. Cerar said that she is satisfied with the speed of investigation and revealed that the prosecution has recently filed charges against the businessman Dusan Kudernovski for false testimony at the hearing of the parliamentary commission on the Petek case.
