New NATO Members without U.S. Aid Only Temporarily

Washington, 2 July - The aid to six upcoming NATO members that the U.S. has cut due to their non-signing of bilateral agreements with the U.S. on the non-extradition of U.S. citizens to the International Criminal Court (ICC) is only temporary, allowed State Department spokesperson Richard Boucher on Tuesday.
