New NATO Members without U.S. Aid Only Temporarily
Washington/Ljubljana, 2 July - The withdrawal of aid to six upcoming NATO members - the U.S. has cut it due to their non-signing of bilateral agreements on the non-extradition of U.S. citizens to the International Criminal Court (ICC) - is only temporary, allowed State Department spokesperson Richard Boucher on Tuesday. The Slovenian Defence Ministry refused to comment on Wednesday, while FM Dimitrij Rupel reiterated that U.S.-Slovenian relations are very good.
