Ombudsman's Report: State Institutions Change Slowly
Ljubljana, 3 July - There are no particular innovations regarding violation of human rights in Slovenia as similar violations occur year after year, Slovenia's Ombudsman Matjaz Hanzek told the press on Thursday, presenting his office's 2002 report. According to the ombudsman, state institutions have been changing very slowly, some noticeably for the better, while others still remain very rigid.
