Irish Propsal to Sign Constitutional Treaty in All EU Capitals Is OK with Slovenia

Ljubljana, 3 July - The Slovenian government agrees with Ireland's proposal that each EU member state could sign the EU Constitutional Treaty in its own capital city, with a ceremony reflecting its own tradition, Foreign Ministry State Secretary Samuel Zbogar said at Thursday's meeting of the parliamentary commission for European Affairs.
