Drnovsek Backs Idea of Discussions on Slovenia's Future

Ljubljana, 7 July - Responding to a proposal by the leader of the largest Slovenian opposition party Social Democrats (SDS), Janez Jansa, who called for a convention on the future of Slovenia, President Janez Drnovsek said that he agrees with the idea that the future of the country be deliberated upon. As Drnovsek added, the president is a suitable person to promote and lead a wide debate on this.
