Adria Airways Shareholders Allocate 2002 Profits

Ljubljana, 7 July - Shareholders of the Slovenian national carrier Adria Airways (AA) decided on Monday how to allocate 2002 balance sheet profit, worth SIT 408.5m (EUR 1.7m). Thus, SIT 3.5m (EUR 14,963) was allotted to the AA management, SIT 202.5m (EUR 865,000) went to other reserves according to the company's statute, while another SIT 202.5m was transferred to next year.
