Ljubljana, 8 July - "Our proposal is to begin a debate for parties not to have more power than they do, and for an MP elected by voters rather than selected by the party to sit in parliament." This is what Slavko Gaber of the ruling Liberal Democrats (LDS) told a radio debate on the government-proposed changes to the general elections act.
