Parliament to Discuss Gov't Umbrella Bill on Natural Disasters
Ljubljana, 8 July - After the opposition last week submitted to parliament an emergency bill on the consequences of drought, frost, and hailstorms in 2003, the parliament's collegiate body on Tuesday decided not to put it on the agenda of the parliament's extraordinary July session. Instead, the parliament is to deliberate on the government's new proposal of an umbrella bill on dealing with natural disasters.
