Delo Looks at Serbia-Montenegro President's Visit

Ljubljana, 10 July - Relations between Ljubljana and Belgrade are being gradually normalised, says Thursday's Delo. However, the fact that SE Europe is the only market where Slovenian companies can currently invest, is no reason to look down upon it, the daily adds.
