Peric Trial: Disputed Tape Out; Three Key Witnesses Take the Stand

Ljubljana, 11 July - As the trial against a defendant accused of a triple-murder of his family resumed, three witnesses took the stand on Friday. Ivan Peric's ex-girlfriend said she did not spend the night at his place when the murders allegedly happened, namely from 14 to 15 August 2002. The court moreover decided not to consider as evidence a tape on which Peric allegedly described how the murders took place.
