Ljubljana, 13 July - Slovenia's Andrej Nolimal is the winner of this year's third World Cup kayak slalom event, held on the outskirts of Ljubljana on Sunday. Nolimal won his home event having beaten out Frenchman Loris Minviell by 4.94 seconds.
