Lasko Sees Office's Terms Unacceptable and Unnecessary

Laško, 15 July - The decision of the Competition Protection Office that brewer Pivovarna Lasko can take over another Slovenian brewer, Pivovarna Union, only if keeping the Union brand for a period of three years is unacceptable and unnecessary, was Lasko's response to the office's ruling revealed to the public on Tuesday.
