Dnevnik on Amendments to Takeover Act

Ljubljana, 18 July - The government removed from Thursday's session the deliberation on amendments to takeover act, adopted in 1997, as the bill still needs to be harmonised with the Stock Market Agency and the government legislation office to avoid any discord with other relevant acts. But the bill already comes too late, suggests the daily Dnevnik on Friday.
