Mass Graves Act Comes Into Force

Ljubljana, 19 July - The much disputed act on mass graves from WWII and post-war period came into force on Saturday, a month after it was adopted by the parliament despite obstruction of two opposition parties. The act, which took five years to draft and discuss, is the first act to set a basis for unified marking and maintenance of mass graves dating from WWII and the post-war period.
