Maribor, 21 July - It seems that nothing has been learnt from last year's "poor tourist season", so no wonder that tourism vendors blame the world economic and political trends for a decreased share of tourists in Slovenia, writes Monday's issue of daily Vecer, naming European recession, the unfinished U.S.-British war with Iraq's guerrilla, and SARS, which closed down mostly Asian markets.
