Efforts Continue to Get Partisan Hospital on World Heritage List

Ljubljana, 21 July - The Slovenian government will continue efforts to put the Franja Partisan Hospital on the UNESCO world heritage list. The decision comes after Slovenia has withdrawn the candidacy just before the UNESCO committee on world heritage convened for a session in Paris in end June. The move was prompted by a negative opinion of the International Council on Monuments and Sites (ICOMOS).
