Tool Manufacturer Unior Becomes Majority Owner of Inexa Store

Štore, 21 July - The Zrece-based tool forging industry Unior on Friday officially became a 60-percent owner of Inexa Store, which has sold 20 percent of its annual production - steel for car parts and tools - to Unior. Inexa store was previously a subsidiary of Sweden's steel manufacturer Inexa AB.
