Maribor, 23 July - What we've learnt this week about the 1994 Depala vas scandal is that when the then Defence Minister Janez Jansa was being ousted in parliament the police was installing anti-tank missiles. The state was supposedly on the brink of war, Wednesday's Vecer comments on the most recent "follow-up" of the scandal.
