SPD Negotiations with European Commission to Start on Friday

Ljubljana, 24 July - A first round of negotiations on the financial framework for receiving EU funds from the structural and cohesion funds for the period between 2004 and 2006 will be launched between Slovenia and the European Commission on Friday. The sides will aim at finding an agreement on the Single Programming Document (SPD), the document containing the strategy and priorities for action under Objective 1 of the Structural Funds for the years 2004 to 2006.
