Interbrew Complains to Administrative Court

Ljubljana, 24 July - Belgian brewer Interbrew filed a law suit at the Administrative Court demanding an annulment of the decision made by the anti-trust office allowing the takeover of Pivovarna Union by Slovenian brewer Pivovarna Lasko. According to the national radio broadcaster, Interbrew claims that the procedure has been violated and the actual situation was not established correctly.
