Vecer Comments on Agreement on Public Sector Wages

Maribor, 26 July - Did the government make a two-year pact with the public sector trade unions and not just a good deal? Hopefully, otherwise we cannot imagine the next, election year, which on top of it all will also be Slovenia's first year in the EU. Wages in the public sector are staying unchanged in August. The economy will follow such growth as it usually does. We all shall spend less, but hopefully not invest less too, since investments boost economic growth, writes Saturday's Vecer.
