LJUBLJANA - The supervisory board of the bank Nova Ljubljanska banka (NLB) is due to meet in the morning to discuss the introduction of the new IT system and the transition from ordinary to transaction accounts. The supervisors are also expected to take a decision on the status of Banka Celje, in which NLB holds a 29.37-percent share.

LJUBLJANA - The Administrative Court will reveal its ruling on a demand of Belgian brewer Interbrew, rival of Pivovarna Lasko for the takeover of Pivovarna Union. Interbrew demanded that Lasko should be allowed voting rights for only some 25 percent of its Union's stake, namely the share acquired before launching the takeover proceedings, at Union's AGM on Thursday.
