NLB Supervisors to Meet over New Personal Accounts, AGM to Take a Revote on Profits
Ljubljana, 30 July - The supervisory board of the leading Slovenian bank, Nova Ljubljanska banka (NLB), is due to meet Wednesday morning to discuss the introduction of the new information technology system Sigma and the transition from ordinary to transaction accounts. The supervisors are also expected to take a decision on the status of Banka Celje, in which NLB holds a 29.37 percent share. Prior to the supervisory board session, NLB shareholders will meet once again to revise their decision on the distribution of the 2002 balance sheet profits, taken at the AGM a month ago.
