Human Rights Official Claims to Have Been Assaulted by Ex-Constitutional Judge
Ljubljana, 30 July - The head of the Helsinki Monitor Slovenia (HMS) Neva Miklavcic Predan has filed a criminal complaint against the former constitutional judge Matevz Krivic, accusing him of assaulting her on 22 July. Krivic meanwhile says that Predan was trying to pull a file out of his hands and that nobody was hurt.
