Union AGM: Shareholders Reject All Proposals of Management
Ljubljana, 31 July - An over four-hour annual general meeting of Pivovarna Union has wrapped up without any of the proposals put forward by the Union management or supervisory board getting the green-light. Therefore, the AGM - at which 98.13 percent of capital was present - decided not to pay out dividends, but leave the entire balance sheet profit from 2002 unallocated. The profit was SIT 2.8bn (EUR 11.94m).
