Maribor, 1 August - Contrary to the previous years, Thursday's AGM of brewer Pivovarna Union was characterised by relaxed atmosphere and courteous behaviour, and was even open for public. This suggests that the two rivals for Union takeover who together own 88 percent of shares have started negotiations on Union's fate, Vecer writes on Friday.
