Ljubljana, 3 August - The Finance Ministry presented a comprehensive reform of Slovenia's taxation system, which immediately triggered lively debates. After the Administrative Court rejected the demand of Belgian brewer Interbrew for a temporary injunction that would strip brewery Pivovarna Lasko from exercising ownership rights for its entire stake in rival Slovenian brewer Pivovarna Union, Lasko took full advantage of its 48-percent stake in Union, rejecting all proposals put forward by the management. Meanwhile, the Slovenian Statistical Office reported a monthly inflation of 0.5 percent, which brings the year-on-year inflation to six percent.
