Lasko Files Lawsuit against Decision of Competition Office

Ljubljana, 4 August - Brewery Pivovarna Lasko, Interbrew's rival for the takeover of another brewery, Pivovarna Union, has filed a lawsuit with the Ljubljana Administrative Court challenging part of the decision of the Competition Protection Office about Lasko's takeover of Union. The part found unacceptable by Lasko says that the takeover is feasible only "under certain conditions".
