Croatia Cannot Declare Exclusive Economic Zone without Slovenia's Consent, Says Law Expert

Ljubljana, 12 August - A country cannot declare an exclusive economic zone without taking into consideration equal rights and legal interests of neighbouring states. So Croatia cannot declare an exclusive economic zone by intervening in a space under the sovereignty or jurisdiction of Slovenia, international law expert Miha Pogacnik told STA on Tuesday.
