Croatia Responsible for Guaranteeing LB Debt to Savers, Study Says
Ljubljana, 20 August - A legal study that is to be made public on Thursday reveals that Croatia adopted legislation after gaining independence in 1991 with which it bound itself to pay out savings deposits on its territory in the wake of the break-up of the former Yugoslavia, the public Radio Slovenija broadcaster reported today.
