Pensioners Dissatisfied with Gov't Public Sector Wage Deal
Ljubljana, 21 August - The government's recent wage deal with public sector trade unions will directly affect pension growth, the coalition Pensioners' Party (DeSUS) told the press on Thursday. Trade unions accepted additional pension insurance payments instead of a wage increase, which means that pensions - directly linked to wage increases - will only go up by 1.5 to 1.8 percent in September, DeSUS pointed out.
