Croatian Official Says Zagreb Offers Talks to Ljubljana

Zagreb, 22 August - Croatian Deputy Foreign Minister Ivan Simonovic does not think it is good that his country and Slovenia hurl diplomatic notes at each other. In an interview published in the Croatian press on Friday, Simonovic says that instead of futile diplomatic notes, Croatia is currently offering negotiations and talks to Slovenia. Moreover, the politician is confident that Croatians and Slovenians share more common interests than disagreements.
