Ljubljana Records 50th "Hot Day" This Year

Ljubljana, 23 August - In what has become the hottest summer on record in Slovenia, Ljubljana on Saturday recorded the 50th hot day - with temperatures exceeding 30 degrees Celsius - this year. The western town of Nova Gorica holds the national record, however, as today is the 73rd hot day this year, according to the Slovenian Environment Agency.
