Believers from Croatia and Slovenia to Gather on Saturday
Zagreb, 25 August - Members of the Slovenian and Croatian Roman Catholic Churches are to hold a first-ever joint assembly on Saturday as part of preparations for the Central European Catholic Gathering, scheduled for May 2004 in Austria's Mariazell. Some 5,000 people from Slovenia are expected to convene on Croatia's largest pilgrimage site, Marija Bistrica, under the heading "God Bless You, Neighbour - Welcome, Friend".
