Review of Events Involving Slovenia from 23 to 29 August

The first was the automatic shutdown of the Krsko nuclear power plant - which is incidentally co-owned by Croatia and Slovenia - that was caused by a minor fault on a valve. The second was the announcement of People's Party president Franci But that he would hand in his resignation.
