Nova Gorica, 31 August - The question of Slovenia's access to high seas is not and cannot be a matter of the Croatian political will, said Speaker of the Parliament Borut Pahor at a traditional meeting of members and friends of the United List (ZLSD) on Sunday, responding to today's statements of Croatian FM Tonino Picula that Zagreb does not concede Slovenia's access to international waters.
