Ceplak Finishes Last in Paris, Elected to IAAF Athletics Commission

Paris, 31 August - Still suffering consequences of her repeating leg pain, Ceplak was no match for her competition in the Sunday finals of women's 1,500-metre race at the Paris Athletics World Championships. Coming last in what seemed an excruciating run for her, Ceplak admitted that the distance was "too much" for her. It was enough that I made it to the finals, she added.
