"Like-Minded" States Favour Open Co-operation at IGC
Prague, 1 September - State secretaries and deputy foreign ministers from the smaller and medium-sized current and future EU member states, also referred to as "the like-minded states", met in Prague on Monday in an attempt to define common positions before the launch of the Intergovernmental Conference (IGC) at the beginning of October in Rome, which will bring the final shaping of the draft European constitutional treaty.
