Referendum on Stores' Opening Hours Is a Waste of Money, Says ZPS

Ljubljana, 2 September - The Slovenian Consumers' Association (ZPS) does not back the interests of trade unions in relation to the bill on amendments to the trade act, ZPS head Breda Kutin told Tuesday's press conference. Consumers have been pushed into a trade unions' struggle about the opening hours of Slovenian stores, which is completely inappropriate, Kutin said, adding that SIT 600m (EUR 2.5m) for the referendum will be totally wasted.
